Why my apps can't be installed.

First: my english is bad, so I hope you can understand just a little bit. Well, I purchased an iPhone 3gS and today i tried to install some apps. Everything was ok but when I sync with the phone and when says that "the app is successfully installed" it doesn't appear in my iPhone
