icloud (@me address) setting and BB Q10

Just last week I changed my dad's BB Bold to Q10 and since I have not been able to set up his @me address to it. (VERY IMPORTANT as it is his work email and has been costing him money not to have it)

He has had his @me address for a few years now and worked fine with the past BB models but it seems that the Q10 uses different servers and can't seem to log in to them.

I have followed the BB online setup instructions:

Setting it as an IMAP account

imap.mail.me.com as Server Address

993 as port

then SSL

smpt.mail.me.com as SMTP Server's Address

587 as port SMTP

I have gone to the Mac Stores here in Mexico and also spoken with a BB representatives and no one seems to know how to help me set it up, though they all agree there has been a server change of some sort.

The @me address is working and in synch on both his Mini iPad and his MacBook Pro

Can you HELP me??
