Last night I had downloaded a game
and tried to get the following chapters which are available as in-app purchases.
Your purchase could not be completed
However, this is what I encountered...
I tried re-entering my payment info, logging out and back into my account, logging in to another account and back to mine.
iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2
