I bought a iPhone5 and I am having trouble setting up iTune account. I get to the country of origin and can't get past it. I have been to the Verizon store and twice and can't get any help. Can anyone help me?

I'd check the status of the Apple ID in http://appleid.apple.com
If everything appears OK and all your information matches, then go to iTunes in your computer, Store menu, View Account.
