Deleted my iPhone from 'FInd my iPhone' . Can't enter PIN.

I deleted my iPhone from the 'Find my iPhone' but I found my iphone and need to use it again.. When I turn it on and select language and Wi-fi, it says "It may take a few minutes to activate your iPhone" and then goes to "SIM PIN Lock. Please enter your PIN to unlock the SIM card." but there is nowhere to enter the PIN code, it just says try again, and nothing happens?
Anyone who can help me?

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem.

The links don't help, they refer to an unlock page which is just not displayed.

I have tried with both wifi and iTunes options - no way to enter the code.

I'm going deactivate the code with another iPhone - hope this works.

I'm getted a tad annoyed because the reason wiped the iPhone in "Find my iPhone" is that iTunes refused to restore my iPhone - just kept saying "Localize my iPhone must be deactivated to restore ...". Since the reason I want to restore my iPhone is that I changed the security code and then forgot it (very daft I know) I could not do this from the iPhone.

Anyone have some answers to this ?

Peter

I experienced this exact problem. I have an old iPhone 4 that is AT&T, unlocked, no longer being used, and I have a PIN on my SIM card. I used "Find my iPhone" to erase it. The setup wizard wouldn't let me enter the PIN for my SIM card during activation.

I solved the problem by putting the iPhone 4 into restore mode. iTunes installed the latest version of iOS. During the installation I had the opportunity to enter the PIN for my SIM card.

This should solve your problem without putting the SIM card in another iPhone and erasing the PIN.

I had the same problem as well, so I went to the apple store and the solution was very easy..
You just have to insert a sim without a pin code! If you don't have a sim like that at home, they probably will at your nearby apple store or telephone store.
Or erase the pincode of your sim on an other phone like so http://ludaelektronik.com/content/en/Table/How-to-remove-the-PIN-code-from-the-S IM-card/

Deleted my iPhone from 'FInd my iPhone' . Can't enter PIN.
