Q: Purchase items on iTunes Store from multiple countries
Hi
I am Japanese living in the UK. My iTunes ID is registered apparently only in the UK (as my credit card details are in the UK) and does not let me purchase from iTune Store Japan using my account.
Is there any way to get both countries' iTunes Stores work with one account/ID?

If you are in the UK, that is the only iTunes Store you are allowed to use, whether you use a single ID or multiple IDs. The terms of use for each iTunes Store disallow use of the Store from outside of its country.
