Purchase items on iTunes Store from multiple countries

Hi

I am Japanese living in the UK. My iTunes ID is registered apparently only in the UK (as my credit card details are in the UK) and does not let me purchase from iTune Store Japan using my account.

Is there any way to get both countries' iTunes Stores work with one account/ID?
