ios 7 on iphone 4, lost phone numbers associated with all my contacts

STUPID mistake last night. Accidently upgraded to ios7 on my iphone 4 and today I've spent all my time trying to get rid of icloud pop-up and setting my phone back up the way I had it. Then just a few minutes ago I realized all my contact names are still there, but any phone numbers have been erased.....hmmmm great job Apple. Just lost me on this update.

Is there any way to get my 500+ customers contact phone numbers back? Can't believe this happened. I have Verizon but doesn't seem like there automated back-up assist did anything.
