can i save or back up Pages Key note numbers ect to my computer for use where i can not use iCloud or where is no connection.

Can i save or back up my Pages, Keynotes, Numbers ect to my mac computer for use in a place where i can not access icloud.

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1), montain lion safari 10

It already does that for you. You can continue to work on your iWork documents even when you have no Internet connection. Of course they will not sync with the cloud and you should avoid working on the same documents on other devices until you do have an Internet connection and a sync has taken place.
