I can't use microsoft based e-mails at all via Mail app.

I have an iPad mini with iOS 7.2

I tried adding via add account > outlook.com and I get the error message "unable to move to trash"

I try via add acount > "other" and using these settings:

Incoming IMAP

Server: imap-mail.outlook.com
Server port: 993
Encryption: SSL

Outgoing SMTP

Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Server port: 587
Encryption: TLS

And it just doesn't work at all.

And yes, I did try resetting, re-adding, checking "deleted mailbox" in advanced, etc.

iPad, iOS 7.0.2

i noticed two trash folders on my outlook accounts. one was "deleted" (the default) and the other was "trash". I deleted the "trash" folders, then re-added my accounts on the mail app and it worked.
