How to retrieve iPad screen lock password or how to unlock iPad screen if forgot the password

Some how my daughter changed the ipad screen lock password, later she forgot and iPad in locked condition now.

Unable to restore thru iTunes as its suggesting to Turn off the Find My iPad setting on iPad, Unless do this it is not allowing Restoring to Factory settings. Not sire how to turn this off with out opening iPad
