May be someone can help me with this little problem, I got a simcard but when I try to activate my iphone 3gs with it doesn't recognise it and keeps telling me that I need a valid one or otherwise to contact the original provider, and I don't know what company was the original providing the service before, because this iphone which is now mine was a gift from a friend whose gone overseas and I can't get in touch with him. So I don't know how to activate my iphone, if someone can help me I will appreciate in advance, thank you!
