I have been trying to download a ringtone that I just purchased from iTunes, but it will not download. It keeps saying "Download error. Tap to retry." And everytime I press "retry," it is saying "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD RINGTONE" I just did the 7.0.2 update.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? Yes, I have tried restarting my phone and iTunes and nothing seems to be working...

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2
