how do I send my photos in my cloud

Photos should be synced to a computer to archive them. iCloud does not store your photos except for iOS backups, but then only the cameral roll photos (this assumes Camera Roll is turned on). There is also photo stream, but that is only for copying photos to another device.
What is the purpose of sending photos to icloud? If it's for storing them, then icloud is not your answer. Also, you can't set up a photo gallery on icloud for others to view with a browser.
