I recently had a new hard drive put into my Mac. Now all of my iphoto images are distorted and seem very pixelated. Is thee any way to restore them to their original size? It also added faces to every picture and made mulitple duplicates. Help! Any idea?

It sounds very like you imported one iPhoto Library into another.
Do you still have the back up you made before replacing the disk?
Thank you for your reply. We had the Mac store install a new hard drive to our 2007 computer. I do have a back up hard drive as well. We reloaded all of the photos from that drive because the store wiped everything clean. When I click on the photo for more info, it doesn't say it is in iphoto twice. But it added "faces" to many of my pictures, but even the original pictures are very pixelated, which weren't before.
I do have a back up hard drive as well.
Restore the Library from the back up.
Then open it with iPhoto. Just open it. Don't import it. Don't drop it on the iPhoto icon or into the iPhoto window. Just open it.
