Currently there's no way to restore an iPad without a computer.
Truth be known... M not that good of a liar.. Never had the want r need to practice the art..about 9 days or so ago...I updated the Ios7 to my mini... I also m using a 3rd gen..rebooted... Then learned that ny mini was disabled...have went through tech support x 4.. Came here lie to c if n e 1 knew more than I... Showing my ***... Blah friggn blah.. Here m m
