Incoming/Outgoing call in MS Lync pause music in Itunes

Hello guys!

Is it possible in automator (or somewhere else) to implement:

Itunes and MS lync are running. When Incoming/Outgoing call in MS Lync establised, itunes automatically pause music. When Incoming/Outgoing call in MS Lync finished, itunes automatically resume playing
