I can't activate my iPhone 4s with my existing apple id,after i erase all the data..

After i erase all the data to my iPhone 4s, I can no longer activate it with my existing apple ID,

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2, All my contacts are deleted.

If you are running iOS 7.0 or higher, you will not be able to re-activate this phone unless you use the ORIGINAL Apple ID/password that was originally used to activate the phone. This is called Activation Lock, & there is no way to override this. Apple can't/won't help you. If you do not know this ID, the phone cannot be re-activated & will be useless.
