When activating do you have a sim card in the phone?
yes i have
this is always appear..."buddyacierto@yahoo.com.ph" cannot be used to unlock this phone...
where did you get this phone? Have you changed your ID recently?
If that would be the case,.do you have any idea on how to reactivate my phone again?...thanks..
So where did you get the phone?
I am the original owner of this phone,..i just erase the content to restore my contacts but accidentally it goes like this
only password i change...
If you are running iOS 7.0 or higher, you will not be able to re-activate this phone unless you use the ORIGINAL Apple ID/password that was originally used to activate the phone. This is called Activation Lock, & there is no way to override this. Apple can't/won't help you. If you do not know this ID, the phone cannot be re-activated & will be useless.
I have the same problem, my version is 7.0.2, i am the owner of the phone and i used the appleid i used to setup the phone but, this will always appear too "......@hotmail.com cannot be used to unlock this phone...".
My findmyiphone has no detected devices.
has anyone figured out how to fix this?
After i erase all the data to my iPhone 4s, I can no longer activate it with my existing apple ID,
It always say:
The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "setup.icloud.com", which could put your confidential information at risk.
Hello,
I have done some research as I have the same problem. I have seen people downgrading to iOS 6 to get around activation problem. Has anyone here done this successfully ?
Thanks

No, as that would defeat the purpose of the activation/anti theft feature.
