Jan 14, 2014 8:08 AM in response to maclover_itby t.neumann,My ipad was also stuck on processing and this just worked for me:
I double clicked the home button and closed iTunes Store, settings, and videos. Then I completely powered down the iPad (by holding the power button for four seconds for newbies). Upon restart, I received an error message about lack of free space to download the movie so I deleted a couple old games. When I opened the iTunes Store app, the "resume download" option was available and worked like a charm. I hope this works for you guys too.

Jan 16, 2014 9:44 PM in response to maclover_itby jayfromstratford,I got it!!! I went to videos and clicked on the ones stuck. One of them showed a play sign and under it was a stop sign with a circle around it. I hit the stop sign then went back to the queue and it vanished. If it doesn't show the circle, click on the cloud with the arrow which will bring up the circle with stop sign. Good luck!!

Feb 24, 2014 6:01 AM in response to Naumanby Bitapaul,I now have two movies stuck in processing...have tried all suggestions in this thread with no luck. Is anyone from Apple listening? Anyone else have a suggestion? They are stuck on processing in my iTunes Store, I have no access to my PC (on vacation) and cannot shake them free...
Grrrr, super frustrating! I just wanna watch a movie...

Mar 30, 2014 12:46 AM in response to maclover_itby Supergeil,I have successfully downloaded to my laptop and watched a number of TV. programs that keep trying to re-download. They are in my Windows Explorer files, play without difficulty and have synced across to my iPhone and iPods but each time I download something newly purchased, these TV. programs try to download again. Is there a way to reset the download queue? It strikes me as strange that programs showing as downloaded on my laptop and which are not listed as waiting to be downloaded in the iTunes Store keep trying to re-download.

Apr 13, 2014 10:15 AM in response to maclover_itby Rushmore3,I had the same problem with a rental and managed to fix it by signing out of my iTunes account "iTunes & App Store" in settings, going into iTunes Store where I still had it pending and then back to settings. After logging back into my apple account the download was gone! Hope this works for others.
