How do I re-delete podcasts that I have previously deleted? They're suddenly showing up, and I can't delete them.

iTunes 11.1 now lists all podcasts that are available on a feed. The older episodes are available to download or stream, but not automatically downloaded to your computer unless you change your settings. Previously older episodes could be deleted. Hopefully this will be addressed in the next update but for now the My Podcasts view may work better for you.

Just installed iTune 11.1.1.11, and this appears to be fixed.

11.1.1 has not fixed this problem for me. Certain podcasts continue to reappear, especially if I quit and restart itunes.

Under Edit > Preferences > Store uncheck Sync podcast subscriptions and settings. Delete anything inside <Media Folder>\Downloads. Any better?
