After I spilled it started turning on and off, then it got stuck on the logo when you turn it on until the battery died. I left it off all night and this morning when I was charging it, it got stuck on the logo again! The screen was shattered already, so some definitely went it. what can I do?

What can you do? Go shopping for a new iPad. Liquids and electronics do not mix. And, you already have a damaged screen. Replacement is your only option. You could take it to an authorized service center but I'm I think their evaluation, given what you told us, would be to replace the iPad.

Agree with Bob. Cracked screen and now liquid damage. The iPad is most likely toast. Time for a new one.
