I have a Mac Mail server operating on 10.6.8 on a Mac Mini. I have a user who is actively receiving mail, but her name doesn't show up in the Workgroup manager list for me to administer. If I try to add, says username already exists. Anyone have similar issue?

When you delete a user from WGM, their user isn't deleted from the cyrus DB.

use it to delete the users.
I am not deleting though. I have active users who do not show up in the list when I go into Workgroup manager. I can't manage them, can't inactivate them, etc.
Which directory node in WGM are you looking in?
