PasswordService memory leak

It seems that PasswordService has developed a memory leak. In the past month the system hard drive of my Open Directory server has filled up and the server has stopped responding. I have to restart the server and all if fine again. This last time that I restarted it, 3 days ago, I opened up Activity Monitor and set it to sort by Virtual Memory. PasswordService is currently using 27.66GB of VM.

Any ideas on where to start trouble shooting this?
