Oct 2, 2013 7:53 AM in response to catmantisby ckuan,Company iPhone should be using profile.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5210.
You have to ask previous owner for the Apple ID and password to disable FInd My iPhone before you can wipe and restore.

Nov 3, 2013 8:32 AM in response to ckuanby ByYourSide,I have the same problem, however, the prior employee will not provide me with the apple ID password -- is there some other way to wipe this iPhone for reissue?
I have an iPhone 4S with iOS 7.03

Nov 11, 2013 8:53 AM in response to catmantisby mpeters13,This is annoying.
Well, as a workaround, I created an exchange admin account (much like the one used for BESAdmin) with full mailbox rights and sendas (not the same as send on behalf permissions, for clarification) permissions on the user's mailbox, logged into OWA with that exchange admin account, opened the user's mailbox, went to options >phone, and used the "Wipe phone" option. Threw the phone on a wireless network and the device wiped fine.
Once the device is wiped, be sure to delete the phone from the user's activesync phone list in OWA.

Nov 11, 2013 8:54 AM in response to catmantisby pvonk,Read these links, a device can be bricked if Find My iPhone is turned on and you don't have the PW.
1) Read through this article to find if your device has an activation lock.

2) If this is what you have - the news is bad:

Jun 9, 2014 2:43 AM in response to catmantisby mp_ferry,I had this problem too,
I turned on the phone and it kept asking for an apple ID password... I couldnt do anything... even connect to the wifi!
I asked the ex-employee to log into their icloud account and remove the iphone from their account (they didnt have to supply me their password), once this was done i was able to plug the phone into their old work PC (hoping they had autorised it at some point.. which they did) and delete the phone through itunes... Thank god! the iphone was only 2months old!
