I can't download or update any App

I am having the same issue. I did not have this issue prior the recent software (iSO 7.0.2) update. I hope Apple does something about this issue soon, because I am beyond mad about not being able to download new apps or update any apps on my iPad Mini. I want to be able to download some new apps and be able to update the apps I have on my iPad Mini as need to.

I am having the same problem.

Make sure you are using the correct App Store (country).

Settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Enter Password>Check your country/region

When I tried this, I found out I was using the correct country. I still can not download any new apps or update any off the apps I have on my iPad Mini. Any other suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Same problem here!

When I try to download it goes in the circle and spins for a second but then stops and said free again. it also does the same when trying to update apps

(A) Try reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

(B) Try reset all settings

Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing will be reset
