how do I delete a song downloaded from iCloud

I can't delete a song on my iPhone 4s that was downloaded from the iCloud. When I select the song and swipe I dont get an option to delete it but instead it plays. If a song was not downloaded from iCloud I swipe and delete. I'm running ios7 with the latest update.
