I need to get my sim pin so I could reset It to manufacture settings?

No one but your carrier can help you unlock the SIM.

Did you forget the passcode for the phone, or did you forget the SIM pin? If you forgot the SIM pin, you will need to contact your carrier.

Just my Sim pin but the sad part about it that my services are disconnected!
