Q: my video was recorded on my iPad and played on the Mac Air before it was sent in an e-mail. Why won't it now play on the Mac Air from my sent box? I wanted to check it was sent okay and was unable to open it on the same computer that sent it - Help?
My Mac Air won't open a video from my sent box when it was sent from the Mac and recorded on my iPad. It says the format is not supported. Does anyone know why or understand this?
