Q: I get the note "cannot connect to voicemail". What do I need to do?

I just updated to the latest IOS 7.2. Everything was set up by the Genius Bar. All of a sudden, I get the message - "cannot connect to voicemail". How do I get this taken care of?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2
