Q: Is the App Store down?

I'm having issues connecting to the iTunes Store also.

the itunes store is down.

There is an issue affecting some users according to this page : https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ - I'm also having problems on my iPad. You could occasionally check that page to see when it's fixed

the systemstatuspage doesn´t really help, because the app store is also down !
