Hacked account solved but all purchases are missing

I recently had my account hacked and support was able to set me up with a password reset and such, however when I try to update apps they won't update and my purchases show as empty. Anyone know of some way to recover this? I refuse to repay for all apps and music I already bought. That would be an unsatisfying and unacceptable solution in this case. Basically saying, hey you're the victim and we're going to victimize you more.
