Films won't download but still charged

Hi I have had apple products since the beginning and I love them but I recently got the Apple TV and tried to download films and the purchase goes through as normal and the credit is taken but it will not download saying 25 hours to download I have now left it for over a week to download and still nothing I tried accessing the film from my iPad and iPhone as well and it won't download from there either help?? :'(
