I went to go to Apple because my phone was having some issues.

I've been having issues since July and I restored my phone as new. Also my battery dies at 12% and 11% and any random percent. I went to apple to replace my phone and they said the battery had to be serviced. My apps crash all the time , and I dont know if just replacing the battery will fix it. WHat should I do?
