Q: Update to iOS7 - big issues

I just upgraded to iOS7 and now have lost everything I had previously on my iPad. Seems that it reset to factory settings automatically and did not save anything I have purchased over the past two years - no apps, no music, nada. How do I get all that back now? Nothing in the download suggested this would happen. I don't even have the Pages, etc. apps I purchased most recently.

You need to set the device to use the Apple ID that it was previously set to. Then you can download all your media that you've purchased (either paid or free) in the App Store/iTunes Store. See:

To simplify, on your device, go to Settings>iCloud>(tap on account)Enter your credentials (Apple ID & password)
