Q: Using FaceTime the connection is made correctly, I can hear the person I call, but they cannot hear me. My microphone is not shown as muted. Has anyone any idea how I can hear my caller?

If someone calls me on FaceTime they cannot hear me. My microphone is not muted. Any ideas as to how I can get my caller to hear me?
