I'm trying to set up an Apple ID for my ipod touch to get apps and music, but when I review the settings the "none" option does not show up with the credit cards? I do not have a credit card, so I don't have a way to get around this.
Does anyone know what I can do? Thank you!

Did you create a NEWaccount using the instructions in Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card using an email address you had not previously used with Apple?
You have to. Some users tried to use an email address used with Apple before or do not follow the instructions exactly.
Maybe that option is not available in your country. It works in the USA
