2) If necessary Place the Device into Recovery mode...

Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Once you have Recovered your Device...
Re-Sync your Content or Restore from the most Recent Backup...

I have tried this already 2 hours ago didn't work. It shows me error # 23. I have tried also to follow the Error # 23 steps not working. I have no ideea what else I can do it. If this won't help me get back my iPhone I am done with Apple.

Try a different computer that was not involved in jailbreaking / hacking.
I have tried that also . Any new ideeas?
And also like 10 friends of mine have the same problem like me with the iPhone 4 with IoS 7.0.2 . So is this put intentionally or we could actually get a fix on it? Cause we did spent some money on them. I really don't want to change my iPhone.
