My quicktime player will not allow me to listen to a (.ram) audio file, is there anything I can do to listen to it?

A:

.ram is a RealPlayer file.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe VLC Media player will play it as well, and it's nowhere near as "quirky" as RealPlayer.
