Oct 10, 2013 4:09 PM in response to kenmncby web-betty,I'm now having this problem as well. I didn't have any issues until all the upgrades. Upgrade your iOS. Upgrade iTunes. I'm about ready to upgrade to a new OS altogether as I've had nothing but problems with my iDevices in the past 3 months.
I have checked my permissions. They are fine. I am logged in as the administrator. My iTunes is not on an external hard drive. I have shut everything down. twice. I'm still getting this error.
Anyone have any advice?
