Q: My computer crashed i had it repaired and now all my music from itunes has gone but its on my ipod

Hi can you help my computer crashed i had it repaired and now all my music has gone from itunes but is still on my ipod how do i transfer it back to my computer

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.0.1
