    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
    You can use iTunes to sync your Outlook content to your phone.

    iTunes 10 for Windows: Sync contacts, calendars, and other info with iPod, iPhone, or iPad

    To sync contacts and other info with iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad:

    1. Connect your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad to your computer.
    2. When your device appears in the iTunes window (below Devices), select it.
    3. Click the Info button and select the items you want to sync.
    4. Click Apply.

    The name of the article it references iTunes 10, but its the same for iTunes 11.
