Can someone help

I am new purchasing apps on ipad. I bought all access pass for one of the kids apps (mystoryworld), but I am still unable to access all stories under this app. Every time I tap on one of the story then it comes up with a screen asking for unlocking the apps which means you have to buy a all access pass. How do I use this purchased subscription.
