Q: I am trying to print a form off for my son for school.  I need it to print in a different direction.  Is there a way to rotate what I need to print?

I am trying to print a form off for my son for school.  It is printing from the 8.5" side down & I need it to print from the 11" side down.  Can I change how the form prints?

Though I have never printed from my iPad, I would guess that you will have to make changes within the printer settings--not on the iPad itself.  My printer has settings called 'Paper Orientation' where you can change the way the print appears on the paper.

You need it to print landscape - wider than it is tall.

When I try to print something using airprint, I have zero control over how it prints. But my Print n Share app allows me to choose my orientation.

If you're using air print, you'll need to set your printer to default landscape.
