what can i do if somethings was bought that i didn't pay for?

so this all started when i got an email saying that i bought something i i didnt pay for. so can i get my money back or do i have to loose 3.99?

iPod touch, iOS 7.0.2

Assuming that it's an email from Apple, then it should show on your purchase history, so try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
