iPhone 5S Battery Draining Very Fast?

I got my new iphone in the mail two days ago and when I am using it, the battery drains so fast its unbelievable. The other night I went to bed and it was 100%, woke up and it was 70%!! Also it doesnt stay on 100% as soon as you take it off charge it goes straight to 99%. I have done all the tips - turn off wifi, turn down brightness etc, but nothing works! Apple are no help either! Anyone else having this issue or know what I can do? They did a diagnostic test on my phone and the battery came up perfect.

Have you tried closing all the apps before you go to bed?

Double tap home key to see what's running, then swipe upward on the screenshot.

Also in iOS 7 there is a new feature called Background App Refresh. This can take up a bit of battery life so it wouldn't hurt to turn this off aswel in settings>general>background app refresh.
