How do I get Outlook 2010 on Windows Vista laptop to read and accept iCal invitations ?

I have iCal Calendars on my MacBookpro OSX 10.7.5 on iCloud and synched to the Mac.

When I send appointments to our local network Windows Vista based laptop Outlook 2010 does not receive the invitations.

Mail/Outlook Email contact is fine.

How do i get Outlook to recognise calendar appointments and allow acceptance?
