how to save a presentation
I can not access the bar at the top of the keynote program where I can save the presentation. I can't grab the edge of the program and make it smaller. I'm stuck.

The menu bar is fixed at the top of the screen, it does not move so that it is always be accessible.
Therefore you do not need to change the size of an applications window to access the menu.
