why will my ipad not show video on podcasts (since iOS7???)

Both existing and some new Podcasts of CNBC Fast Money and Mad Money will not show the video portion of the stream. I only get the audio, which remains running even after going back to the Podcast home screen. This problem appears to have started some time around or after the upgrade to iOS 7.0.1. Upgrading to iOS7.0.2 did not solve the problem, nor did deleting and reinstalling the app and contents.
