I just updated iOS to 7.0.2 on my iPad. Now I can't access iCloud. I get a message to view the new terms of service, but when I hit view it just takes me to Settings. I still have Internet access, just not iCloud. Please help.

I'm having the same issue. I have restarted my device and it still tells me that I need to accept the terms and conditions when I try to open Mail. I click on the option to view them and it takes me to settings but won't let me select the iCloud option.

I've restarted my iPad several times. I've reset network settings. I've reset privacy settings. I did notice my Location Services are off, but I am not able to turn them on.

When I called Apple support, they had me backup my iPad to iTunes and do a full reset. Then I had to turn on iCloud and accept the new terms before restoring any data. Also, be aware that doing so somehow reset all my security settings.
